Felt compelled to comment because I agree with you about all the 3 things you’ve mentioned in this article about
1. ‘Limiting the Noise’
2. “Spammers change the ways things work.”
3. I’m quick to unsubscribe to a list if I receive too much information that I don’t specifically need at the moment. I HAVE to (unsubscribe) to keep my sanity!

Even though I hear people complaining that Google keeps changing the rules, I feel safe because I write for both real human readers as well as basic SEO principles like title, description, h1, h2 tags, etc. All in all, I appreciate how the Internet is evolving to be a place where good, solid content is appreciated and can be easily found, as long as the author understands basic SEO principles.

Yep. Totally. Google is changing so should we. In fact the rules are pretty simple. Who are your audience? Ultimately you want people to convert to paying customers. Quality work certainly will pay off. Though it tend to take longer time but it certainly do.

SEO is that extract push to make things go further. Ultimately, it’s the content that will make the result ever lasting. Something that many Internet Marketers fail to see. Especially the lazy one. You work hard to be lazy. Not the other way round.
