This is part 3 of “How to use Bookmarking Demon“. Continuation of “Adding My Web Pages (Part 2)“.

In Bookmarking Demon 4, we are given 2 ways of adding our web pages for bookmarking. In part 2, you are shown the way by pasting/typing multiple Urls into the “Add My Web Pages” field. Here, we will take a look at the crawler feature of Bookmarking Demon 4.

You can access the crawler by going clicking on the “Crawl Web Site” button in the “For Experts” toolbar.

The crawler page is pretty straight forward.

You simply need to just fill in the Url of your landing page that you want the crawler to start crawling from, indicate the depth (internal links) of the crawl, the maximum number of pages to crawl, and if you only want to crawl content from the same domain. Hit “Crawl Now” when you are done and watch the crawler working away.

At the end of the crawl, Bookmarking Demon will present you the crawl report (as shown).
